  2. Roasting: Put the qualified peanut kernels into the peanut oven for baking, the set temperature is about 180-185℃, and the time is about 20-25min. The roasted peanuts have uniform color and no scorching.
  3. Cooling: The roasted peanuts are placed in a stainless steel cooling belt for cooling.
  4. Peeling and screening: The cooled peanuts are put into a peeling machine for peeling.
  5. Color sorter: After peeling the peanuts, use a color sorter for color sorting.
  6. Manual sorting: The peanuts that have undergone color sorting are then manually sorted to remove foreign bodies, insect-eaten grains, mildew grains, burnt grains, impurities, etc.
  7. Metal Detecting: The selected peanuts go through the metal detector to the next process.
  8. Prepare the grinding sauce: put the selected peanuts into the sauce grinding pot for grinding, carry out the first salt grinding and coarse grinding, grind to a medium fineness of 100 mesh, then add stabilizers and related accessories, and put them in the mixing tank. Heat the peanut butter to 100-110℃, mix well and sterilize at high temperature. Then perform a second sugar grinding and fine grinding, and grind it into a fine and smooth finished product.
  9. Metal Detecting: The cooled peanut butter products are tested every 2 hours.
  10. Filling: Put the finished peanut butter into the package specified by the customer, and pack it quantitatively.
  11. Stability: The packaged finished peanut butter is transferred to the stabilization room, and when the product reaches the best stable state, it can be packed into a box.
  12. Packaging: Products that have passed the inspection will be packaged with labels and put into storage.
  13. Finished product inspection: Each batch of products should be inspected before leaving the factory. The contents of the factory inspection include sensory, moisture, fat, protein, net content, total number of colonies, as well as labels, signs and packaging.
