Peanut Roasting and Seasoning Line for Vietnam Successfully Delivered

Project Background:

In January 2026, we successfully delivered a custom-made peanut roasting and seasoning production line to a nut processing enterprise in Vietnam. The overseas installation, commissioning, and trial run have all been successfully completed.

The client is a substantial food supplier in Vietnam looking to expand its deep-processed nut product line to include roasted peanuts and cashews in various flavors. Consequently, they purchased a comprehensive solution comprising all necessary equipment for the roasting, seasoning, and packaging processes.

On-site Installation:

Upon the equipment's arrival at the factory in Vietnam, our company immediately dispatched a team of engineers to the site to carry out a two-week program of installation, pipeline connection, and electrical system commissioning. Overcoming challenges such as working in a foreign environment and language barriers, the engineers meticulously verified every step against the installation plan to ensure full compliance with design standards.

Following installation, the engineers collaborated with the local operating staff to conduct a trial run with actual materials. The entire production line—spanning lifting and feeding, intelligent temperature-controlled roasting, uniform seasoning, cooling and discharge, and packaging—operated smoothly throughout the process. Both actual production capacity and finished product quality exceeded the contractual specifications.

Customer Feedback:

During the equipment trial, the Vietnamese client's management team observed the entire process and highly commended the equipment's temperature control precision, seasoning adhesion, and the crispness of the finished peanuts and cashews. Subsequently, the client proactively shared on-site photos and videos of the equipment in operation, praising our engineers for their professional expertise and responsiveness.
