1. The nuts to be sliced can be too dry. If the material is too dry, it should be soaked and then dried and sliced. If the material is too dry, the slices are easily broken. If the moisture content is too high, chips may accumulate on the cutter head and spout.

2. Nuts should be selected and processed, and no debris such as sand and stones can be mixed in them, otherwise the blade edge will be chipped.

3. The working pressure of the cylinder of this machine cannot be adjusted too high, and it should be controlled at 0.3-0.4Mpa. If it is too low, the slice is easy to break and the slice is not whole. If it is too high, the cutter head will vibrate during operation, making the slice thickness uneven.
