Instructions of Industrial Peanut Seasoning Machine
1. Turn on the power of the equipment, connect all the equipment in the production line in place, and put seasoning powder in the powder spreader.
2. Start the drum motor to make the drum run normally and the direction of rotation is correct.
3. When the raw material is conveyed into the drum, start the powder spreading motor and adjust the powder spreading speed appropriately. According to the mixing of raw materials and seasoning powder, the inclination angle of the drum can be adjusted appropriately.
4. Check all operating parts to ensure normal operation.
5. If the material moves forward in the seasoning drum too fast, the slope of the drum can be reduced, and if it is too slow, the slope of the drum can be increased.
